Federal University of Technology, Akure, FUTA cut-off marks (departmental) for 2023/2024 admission via Post-UTME into the university has been released. The management of FUTA announced the general admission cut-off mark with the Post-UTME screening advert for the coming session.

The school has now released specific cut-off mark for each department in FUTA.

General FUTA Cut-Off Mark for Post-UTME 2023/2024

Candidates who scored a minimum of 180 in the 2023/2024 UTME conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and Direct Entry (DE) candidates who made the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) their First Choice Institution are eligible for the screening.

The online registration starts on 7th August 2024 and ends on 20th September 2024.

Eligibility for FUTA Post UTME

To be eligible for the FUTA Post UTME screening, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. UTME Candidates:
   • Candidates must have scored a minimum of 180 in the 2024 UTME conducted by JAMB.
   • Candidates must have chosen FUTA as their first choice.
2. Direct Entry Candidates:
   • Direct Entry candidates who selected FUTA as their first choice are eligible to apply.
3. O’Level Requirements:
   • Candidates must have at least five credit passes including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB examinations.
4. Age Requirement:
   • Candidates must be at least 16 years old by 1st October 2024.
